All my clients went through this experience, but after teaching hundreds of women I noticed a consistent pattern in - crucial mistakes in the way HOW they walked.
Whether they were new to the game or have worn heels for years, they all had either:
rolled out wobbly ankles, grippy "eagle toes", weight on their tippy toes, bent knees, turned out feet, hips dropped forward, collapsed lower back and so forth...
They looked and felt unbalanced, stiff and awkward. Taking tiny, slow steps. How CAN you feel or look good like this? All of this isolates and puts magnified pressure on your joints, tenses up and stresses your muscles and cripples your ability to walk.
